iFluor® 660 Anti-human CD108 Antibody
MEM-150
The MEM-150 monoclonal antibody binds with human CD108, a 80 kD transmembrane glycoprotein often found on the surface of thymus and T cells. CD108 is associated with a variety of biologically interesting macromolecules/ligands, for example, CD232 and tyrosine kinases. CD108 is a relatively rare antibody target, with fewer than 50 publications in the last decade. Even still, CD108 is commonly used in flow cytometry applications as a phenotypic marker for differentiation of cell types, particularly in the study of immunology. This antibody was purified through affinity chromatography and conjugated to iFluor® 660 (ex/em = 663/678 nm). It is compatible with the 640 nm laser and 660/20 nm bandpass filter (for example, as in the BD FACSCanto™).
