iFluor® 700 Anti-human CD1 Antibody
SN13
The SN13 monoclonal antibody binds to human CD1b, a transmembrane protein commonly found on the surface of langerhans cells, dendritic cells and Tregs. In some organisms, CD1 is a positive regulator of T cell mediated cytotoxicity, and is associated with a variety of biologically interesting macromolecules/ligands, in particular, β-2-microglobulin. CD1 is a moderately popular antibody target, with over 15000 publications in the last decade. CD1b is commonly used in flow cytometry applications as a phenotypic marker for differentiation of cell types, particularly in the study of immunology. This antibody was purified through affinity chromatography and conjugated to iFluor® 700 (ex/em = 690/713 nm).
