iFluor® 750 Anti-human CD143 Antibody
5-369
The 5-369 monoclonal antibody reacts with human CD143, a 170 kD transmembrane protein typically expressed on the surface of dendritic cells, epithelial cells, endothelial cells and macrophages. CD143 is associated with a variety of biologically interesting macromolecules/ligands, for instance, ANG-1. CD143 is a relatively rare antibody target, with fewer than 200 publications in the last decade. Even still, CD143 is vital to immunology research, commonly serving as a phenotypic marker for differentiating cell types in flow cytometric applications. This antibody was purified through affinity chromatography and conjugated to iFluor® 750 (ex/em = 757/779 nm).
