iFluor® 790 Anti-human CD180 Antibody
G28-8
The G28-8 monoclonal antibody binds with human CD180, a 105 kD transmembrane protein typically found on the surface of B cells, monocytes and dendritic cells. CD180 is associated with a variety of biologically interesting macromolecules/ligands, for example, MD-1. CD180 is a relatively rare antibody target, with fewer than 400 publications in the last decade. Even still, CD180 is commonly used in flow cytometry applications as a phenotypic marker for differentiation of cell types, particularly in the study of immunology. This antibody was purified through affinity chromatography and conjugated to iFluor® 790 (ex/em = 787/812 nm).
