iFluor® 840 Anti-human CD203c Antibody
NP4D6
The NP4D6 monoclonal antibody binds with human CD203c, a 150 kD transmembrane protein commonly located on the surface of mast cells and basophils. In certain organisms, CD203c is an inhibitor of mast cell proliferation, is an inhibitor of mast cell activation involved in immune response and represses inflammatory response. From a research standpoint, it is of biological interest due to its association with critical macromolecules/ligands such as cAMP. CD203c is a relatively rare antibody target, with fewer than 500 publications in the last decade. Even still, CD203c is commonly used in flow cytometry applications as a phenotypic marker for differentiation of cell types, specifically in the study of immunology. This antibody was purified through affinity chromatography and conjugated to iFluor® 840 (ex/em = 836/879 nm).
