iFluor® 860 Anti-human CD116 Antibody *4H1*
The 4H1 monoclonal antibody binds to human CD116, a 70 - 85 kD glycoprotein commonly located on the surface of endothelial precursors and macrophages. CD116 is associated with a variety of biologically interesting macromolecules/ligands, for instance, CD131 and GM-CSF. CD116 is a relatively rare antibody target, with fewer than 100 publications in the last decade. Even still, CD116 is typically used in flow cytometry applications as a phenotypic marker for differentiation of cell types, specifically in the study of immunology. This antibody was purified through affinity chromatography and conjugated to iFluor® 860 (ex/em = 853/878 nm).
