About
iFluor® A7 Anti-human CD120a Antibody
H398
H398 is an anti-human monoclonal antibody that is specific for the CD120a antigen. CD120a (alternatively called P55, TNFR-I, P60 or TNFRSF1A) is a 55 kD member of the TNFR superfamily that is expressed on the surface of cells such as B cells and T cells. CD120a is associated with a variety of biologically interesting macromolecules/ligands, for instance, TRAF, TRADD and ltα. CD120a is a relatively rare antibody target, with fewer than 300 publications in the last decade. Even still, CD120a is typically used in flow cytometry applications as a phenotypic marker for differentiation of cell types, especially in the study of immunology. This antibody was purified through affinity chromatography and conjugated to iFluor® A7.
