iFluor® A7 Anti-human CD206 Antibody
15-2
The 15-2 monoclonal antibody recognizes human CD206, a 162 - 175 kD transmembrane protein frequently expressed on the surface of endothelial cells, dendritic cells and macrophages. CD206 is associated with a variety of biologically interesting macromolecules/ligands, namely, plant glycoproteins, viral glycoproteins and lutropin. CD206 is a fairly uncommon antibody target, with a little more than 6900 publications in the last decade. Even still, CD206 is commonly used in flow cytometry applications as a phenotypic marker for differentiation of cell types, especially in the study of neuroscience cell markers. This antibody was purified through affinity chromatography and conjugated to iFluor® A7.
