mFluor™ Red 700 Anti-human CD164 Antibody
67D2
The 67D2 monoclonal antibody binds with human CD164, a transmembrane glycoprotein typically found on the surface of leukemias, ls and basophils. In certain organisms, CD164 is an inhibitor of cell population proliferation, and is associated with a variety of biologically interesting macromolecules/ligands. CD164 is a relatively rare antibody target, with fewer than 400 publications in the last decade. Even still, CD164 has a variety of applications in immunology research, frequently serving as a phenotypic marker for differentiating cell types in flow cytometric applications. This antibody was purified through affinity chromatography and conjugated to mFluor™ Red 700 (ex/em = 680/695 nm). It is compatible with the 642 nm laser and 664/20 nm bandpass filter (for example, as in the Luminex Guava easyCyte).
