mFluor™ UV375 Anti-human CD231 Antibody
B2D
The B2D monoclonal antibody binds with human CD231, a transmembrane protein frequently found on the surface of skeletal muscles, neurons, spleens and leukemias. CD231 is associated with a variety of biologically interesting macromolecules/ligands. CD231 is a relatively rare antibody target, with fewer than 30 publications in the last decade. Even still, CD231 is frequently used in flow cytometry applications as a phenotypic marker for differentiation of cell types, especially in the study of immunology. This antibody was purified through affinity chromatography and conjugated to mFluor™ UV375 (ex/em = 351/387 nm). It is compatible with the 355 nm laser and 387/11 nm bandpass filter (for example, as in the Bio-Rad ZE5 Cell Analyzer).
