mFluor™ UV375 Anti-non-human primates/ human CD157 Antibody
SY11B5
The SY11B5 monoclonal antibody binds with non-human primates/ human CD157, a 40 - 46 kD transmembrane glycoprotein frequently found on the surface of spleens, thymus, endothelial cells and lungs. CD157 is associated with a variety of biologically interesting macromolecules/ligands, for example, NAD and cyclic ADP-ribose. CD157 is a relatively rare antibody target, with fewer than 300 publications in the last decade. Even still, CD157 is commonly used in flow cytometry applications as a phenotypic marker for differentiation of cell types, especially in the study of innate immunity. This antibody was purified through affinity chromatography and conjugated to mFluor™ UV375 (ex/em = 351/387 nm). It is compatible with the 355 nm laser and 379/28 nm bandpass filter (for example, as in the BD LSRFortessa™ X-20).
