About
mFluor™ Violet 510 Anti-human CD167a Antibody
51D6
51D6 is an anti-human monoclonal antibody that forms an immune complex with the CD167a antigen. CD167a (sometimes called DDR1) is a 5 kD glycoprotein that is found on the surface of cells such as dendritic cells and B cells. CD167a is associated with a variety of biologically interesting macromolecules/ligands, for example, FRS2, ShcA and collagens. CD167a is a relatively rare antibody target, with fewer than 10 publications in the last decade. Even still, CD167a is vital to immunology research, typically serving as a phenotypic marker for differentiating cell types in flow cytometric applications. This antibody was purified through affinity chromatography and conjugated to mFluor™ Violet 510 (ex/em = 412/505 nm). It is compatible with the 405 nm laser and 537/65 nm bandpass filter (for example, as in the Luminex Amnis FlowSight).
