About
mFluor™ Violet 540 Anti-human CD52 Antibody
HI186
HI186 is an anti-human monoclonal antibody that is specific for the CD52 antigen. CD52 (also known as HE5) is a 7 kD transmembrane glycoprotein that is located on the surface of cells such as epithelial cells, NK cells and T cells. In some organisms, CD52 is an enhancer of cytosolic calcium ion concentration, and is associated with a variety of biologically interesting macromolecules/ligands, in particular, . CD52 is a fairly uncommon antibody target, with a little more than 2600 publications in the last decade. Even still, CD52 is vital to costimulatory molecules research, often serving as a phenotypic marker for differentiating cell types in flow cytometric applications. This antibody was purified through affinity chromatography and conjugated to mFluor™ Violet 540 (ex/em = 394/537 nm). It is compatible with the 405 nm laser and 525/50 nm bandpass filter (for example, as in the BD FACSCanto™).
