ELISA validation of Mouse Monoclonal Anti-DNP Antibody (Cat #46871) using DNP-BSA–coated plates. The antibody was tested at 100 ng/mL with 3× serial dilutions, followed by detection with an HRP-labeled goat anti-mouse IgG (Cat #16728). Signal was developed with TMB (Cat #11012) and measured at 450 nm.
