Fluorescent detection of α-tubulin in HeLa cells using Mouse Monoclonal Anti-DNP Antibody, iFluor® 488-Labeled. Fixed HeLa cells were incubated with 1 µg/mL anti-α-tubulin mouse monoclonal antibody for 1 hour at room temperature, followed by goat anti-mouse DNP-conjugated secondary antibody. Fluorescence was then detected using Mouse Monoclonal Anti-DNP Antibody, iFluor® 488-Labeled (#46873).

Mouse Monoclonal Anti-DNP Antibody, iFluor® 488-Labeled is a monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to dinitrophenyl (DNP) moieties and is directly labeled with iFluor® 488, a green-emitting fluorophore excitable around 490 nm. This direct labeling format enables sensitive, single-step fluorescence detection of DNP-conjugated proteins, peptides, and small molecules.

The monoclonal antibody provides high specificity and lot-to-lot consistency, making it ideal for verifying DNP conjugation and detecting DNP-tagged molecules in fluorescence-based applications. Its green fluorescence emission is well suited for multiplex immunofluorescence, flow cytometry, and other assays requiring minimal spectral overlap.
