PE/Cy7 Anti-human CD178 Antibody
NOK-1
The NOK-1 monoclonal antibody binds to human CD178, a 38 - 42 kD member of the TNF superfamily commonly found on the surface of dendritic cells, natural killer cells, testis, neutrophils and T cells. CD178 is associated with a variety of biologically interesting macromolecules/ligands, for example, DcR3. CD178 is a relatively rare antibody target, with fewer than 500 publications in the last decade. Even still, CD178 is often used in flow cytometry applications as a phenotypic marker for differentiation of cell types, especially in the study of cell biology, apoptosis/tumor suppressors/cell death and neuroscience. This antibody was purified through affinity chromatography and conjugated to PE/Cy7 (ex/em = 566/778 nm). It is compatible with the 561 nm laser and 780/60 nm bandpass filter (for example, as in the Agilent Technologies NovoCyte Advanteon).
