About
PE/iFluor® 594 Anti-human CD162 Antibody
TC2
TC2 is an anti-human monoclonal antibody that forms an immune complex with the CD162 antigen. CD162 (alternatively called PSGL-1) is a transmembrane glycoprotein that is located on the surface of cells such as macrophages, granulocytes and stem cells. CD162 is associated with a variety of biologically interesting macromolecules/ligands, namely, selectins. CD162 is a relatively rare antibody target, with fewer than 400 publications in the last decade. Even still, CD162 is commonly used in flow cytometry applications as a phenotypic marker for differentiation of cell types, especially in the study of cell adhesion and immunology. This antibody was purified through affinity chromatography and conjugated to PE/iFluor® 594 (ex/em = 566/606 nm). It is compatible with the 561 nm laser and 610/30 nm bandpass filter (for example, as in the Luminex Amnis ImageStream).
