PE/iFluor® 594 Anti-human CD193 Antibody

The 5E8 monoclonal antibody reacts with human CD193, a transmembrane protein typically found on the surface of mononuclear phagocytes and platelets. CD193 is associated with a variety of biologically interesting macromolecules/ligands, for instance, RANTES(CCL5) and MCP-3 (CCL7). CD193 is a relatively rare antibody target, with fewer than 5 publications in the last decade. Even still, CD193 is often used in flow cytometry applications as a phenotypic marker for differentiation of cell types, specifically in the study of immunology. This antibody was purified through affinity chromatography and conjugated to PE/iFluor® 594 (ex/em = 566/606 nm). It is compatible with the 561 nm laser and 589/15 nm bandpass filter (for example, as in the Bio-Rad ZE5 Cell Analyzer).
