PE/iFluor® 647 Anti-human CD279 Antibody
J116
The J116 monoclonal antibody binds to human CD279, a 50 - 55 kD member of the Ig superfamily commonly located on the surface of B cells and thymocytes. CD279 is associated with a variety of biologically interesting macromolecules/ligands, for instance, PDL1. CD279 is a relatively rare antibody target, with fewer than 1000 publications in the last decade. Even still, CD279 is typically used in flow cytometry applications as a phenotypic marker for differentiation of cell types, especially in the study of inhibitory molecules, cancer biomarkers and immunology. This antibody was purified through affinity chromatography and conjugated to PE/iFluor® 647 (ex/em = 569/666 nm). It is compatible with the 561 nm laser and 670/30 nm bandpass filter (for example, as in the BD FACSCelesta™).
