PE/iFluor® 700 Anti-human/ non-human primates CD103 Antibody
Ber-ACT8
Ber-ACT8 is an anti-human/ non-human primates monoclonal antibody that forms an immune complex with the CD103 antigen. CD103 (sometimes referred to as Integrin alpha E) is a 150 kD member of the integrin family that is found on the surface of cells such as T cells. CD103 is associated with a variety of biologically interesting macromolecules/ligands, namely, integrin β7 and E-Cadherin. CD103 is a fairly uncommon antibody target, with a little more than 7500 publications in the last decade. Even still, CD103 is often used in flow cytometry applications as a phenotypic marker for differentiation of cell types, particularly in the study of neuroscience, immunology and synaptic biology. This antibody was purified through affinity chromatography and conjugated to PE/iFluor® 700 (ex/em = 566/708 nm). It is compatible with the 561 nm laser and 702/85 nm bandpass filter (for example, as in the Luminex Amnis ImageStream).
