PE Mouse Anti-human ARHGEF4 Antibody
ARHGEF-08, monoclonal
ρ guanine nucleotide exchange factor 4 is a protein with a molecular weight of 79 kDa, located in the ruffle membrane and cytosol of cells. In humans, ρ guanine nucleotide exchange factor 4 plays an important role in small GTPase mediated signal transduction. It has been associated with key functions like Rac guanyl-nucleotide exchange factor and guanyl-nucleotide exchange factor activity. Sequencing of ρ guanine nucleotide exchange factor 4 has exemplified it contains 3 types of conserved structural units: SH3, DH and PH domain. ρ guanine nucleotide exchange factor 4 enhances apoptotic process, and furthermore, binds with protein domain specific. ρ guanine nucleotide exchange factor 4 is the subject of comprehensive study because of the fact that it is a member of the G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway. It plays an important role in organismal processes, for example, intracellular signal transduction, lamellipodium assembly and filopodium assembly.
