PE Mouse Anti-human/cow Ki-67 Antibody *Ki-67, monoclonal*
Proliferation marker protein Ki-67 is a protein with a molecular weight of 359 kDa, found in the membrane, chromosome and nucleus of cells. In humans, proliferation marker protein Ki-67 is an integral part of organismal processes, namely, cell cycle and cell population proliferation. It binds with DNA, RNA and ATP. Sequencing of proliferation marker protein Ki-67 has supported it contains 2 types of conserved structural units: PP1-binding and FHA domain. It plays an important role in chromatin organization, chromosome segregation and mitotic nuclear division.
