PE Mouse Anti-human/rabbit/rat STRO-1 Antibody *STRO-1, monoclonal*
Hematopoietic progenitor cell antigen CD34 is a 48 kDa transmembrane protein that can be found in the intercellular bridge, integral component of plasma membrane and cytoplasm of cells. In Homo sapiens, hematopoietic progenitor cell antigen CD34 has been found to be involved in immune response and blood pressure, and in addition, takes part in processes such as organismal processes, namely, vascular wound healing, tissue homeostasis and mesangial cell-matrix adhesion. It plays a role in the downregulation of blood coagulation, gene expression and neuron death but also is a positive regulator of interleukin-10 production, granulocyte colony-stimulating factor production and gene expression. Sequencing of hematopoietic progenitor cell antigen CD34 has shown it contains 2 conserved structural units: cytoplasmic and extracellular domain. Hematopoietic progenitor cell antigen CD34 binds with carbohydrate, transcription factor and sulfate.
