About
PE Mouse Anti-human SIT Antibody
SIT-01, monoclonal
Signaling threshold-regulating transmembrane adapter 1 is a 21 kDa transmembrane protein that can be located in the integral component of plasma membrane and extracellular exosome of cells. It is also known as Suppression-inducing transmembrane adapter 1, gp30/40 and SHP2-interacting transmembrane adapter protein. Sequencing of suppression-inducing transmembrane adapter 1 has shown it contains 2 types of conserved structural units: extracellular and cytoplasmic domain. It plays an important role in organismal processes, in particular, T cell homeostasis, adaptive immune response and signal transduction. Signaling threshold-regulating transmembrane adapter 1 aids in T cell activation.
