HD30 is an anti-human monoclonal antibody that targets the CD205 antigen. CD205 (alternatively called DEC205) is a 210 kD glycoprotein that is found on the surface of cells such as B cells. CD205 is associated with a variety of biologically interesting macromolecules/ligands, for example, MIR98. CD205 is a fairly uncommon antibody target, with a little more than 1200 publications in the last decade. Even still, CD205 has a variety of applications in immunology research, often serving as a phenotypic marker for differentiating cell types in flow cytometric applications. This antibody was purified through affinity chromatography and conjugated to PerCP (ex/em = 477/678 nm). It is compatible with the 488 nm laser and 702/85 nm bandpass filter (for example, as in the Luminex Amnis ImageStream).
