Purified Anti-human CD39 Antibody *TU66*
TU66 is an anti-human monoclonal antibody that recognizes the CD39 antigen. CD39 (also known as NTPDase 1 or ENTPD1) is a transmembrane protein that is found on the surface of cells such as dendritic cells and macrophages. CD39 is associated with a variety of biologically interesting macromolecules/ligands, for instance, ADP/ATP. CD39 is a fairly uncommon antibody target, with a little more than 4500 publications in the last decade. Even still, CD39 is often used in flow cytometry applications as a phenotypic marker for differentiation of cell types, particularly in the study of immunology. This antibody was purified through affinity chromatography.
