Benzo[a]pyrene (BaP, BP) is a crystalline, aromatic hydrocarbon consisting of five fused benzene rings and formed during the incomplete combustion of organic matter. It is vital to the research of key cell-based processes like sperm apoptosis, annual basis and mechanistic basis, especially in cell-lines such as Cl41 cells, tumor cells and IgM AFC/spleen cell. And it, furthermore, has been widely used in the examination of key biological proteins like microsomal proteins. It is essential for the study of key cellular enzymes such as flue gases, poisonous gases and signaling by receptor tyrosine kinases.
