Purified Mouse Anti-human β-hCG Antibody *HCG-61, monoclonal*
Choriogonadotropin subunit β 3 (also known as CG-β, Choriogonadotropin subunit β or Chorionic gonadotropin chain beta) is a protein with a molecular weight of 21 kDa, expressed in the cytoplasm, extracellular region and extracellular space of cells. In humans, choriogonadotropin subunit β 3 has been closely linked to vital functions such as hormone activity. It is the subject of comprehensive application in part because of the fact that it acts in the G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway and hormone-mediated signaling pathway. It is thought to be essential to transcription by RNA polymerase II. Choriogonadotropin subunit β 3 has been found to be involved in organismal processes, in particular, cell-cell signaling, apoptotic process and peptide hormone processing.
