Purified Mouse Anti-human CPNE7 Antibody

Copine-7 is a protein with a molecular weight of 70 kDa, found in the nucleus, plasma membrane and cytoplasm of cells. In humans, copine-7 has been associated with key functions such as transporter activity. Sequencing of copine-7 has shown it contains 3 types of conserved structural units: C2 1, C2 2 and VWFA domain. Copine-7 binds to calcium-dependent phospholipid and metal ion, and also, is an integral part of organismal processes, for example, glycerophospholipid biosynthetic process, cellular response to calcium ion and lipid metabolic process.
