Purified Mouse Anti-human IL-9 Antibody *MH9A4, monoclonal*
Interleukin-9 (IL-9) is a 16 kDa protein that can be found in the extracellular region and extracellular space of cells. It is alternatively called T-cell growth factor P40 and Cytokine P40. In humans, IL-9 has been thought to be involved with critical functions like growth factor and cytokine activity. IL-9 reacts with interleukin-9 receptor. It is the subject of comprehensive study due to the fact that it acts in the interleukin-9-mediated signaling pathway. IL-9 is thought to be essential to organismal processes, for instance, inflammatory response and immune response. It plays a role in the upregulation of interleukin-5 biosynthetic process, cell population proliferation and cell growth.
