Neuroblast differentiation-associated protein AHNAK is a protein with a molecular weight of 735 kDa, located in the actin cytoskeleton, costamere and nucleus of cells. Sequencing of neuroblast differentiation-associated protein AHNAK has demonstrated it contains a primary structural unit, the PDZ domain. Neuroblast differentiation-associated protein AHNAK reacts with cadherin, RNA and identical protein. It is an integral part of voltage-gated calcium channel activity and RNA splicing.
