Purified Mouse Anti-human/mouse/cow HSP90 α/β Antibody *MBH90AB, monoclonal*
Heat shock protein HSP 90-α (alternatively called Lipopolysaccharide-associated protein 2, Heat shock 86 kDa, , Renal carcinoma antigen NY-REN-38 or ) is a protein with a molecular weight of 98 kda, located in the endocytic vesicle lumen, cytosol and cytoplasm of cells. In Homo sapiens, heat shock 86 kDa is the subject of extensive study because of the fact that it is involved with the Fc-γ receptor signaling pathway, ERBB2 signaling pathway and cytokine-mediated signaling pathway. Heat shock 86 kDa aids in organismal processes, for example, protein folding, chaperone-mediated protein complex assembly and viral process, and also, plays a role in the upregulation of telomerase activity, protein polymerization and τ-protein kinase activity. It has been associated with critical functions such as nitric-oxide synthase regulator, ATPase and protein homodimerization activity. Heat shock 86 kDa is an integral part of cellular response to heat, protein-containing complex assembly and cellular protein localization. It reacts with unfolded protein, histone deacetylase and identical protein.
