Purified Mouse Anti-human/mouse NCK1 Antibody

Cytoplasmic protein NCK1 is a 43 kDa protein that can be found in the endoplasmic reticulum, cytoplasm and ribosome of cells. It is also known as NCK adaptor protein 1 and SH2/SH3 adaptor protein NCK-α. In humans, NCK adaptor protein 1 takes part in processes such as cell migration. It is thought to be essential to organismal processes, namely, signal complex assembly, lamellipodium assembly and response to other organism. It has been thought to be involved with vital functions like signaling receptor complex adaptor, cytoskeletal anchor and protein-macromolecule adaptor activity. Sequencing of NCK adaptor protein 1 has exemplified it contains 4 types of conserved structural units: SH3 1, SH3 2, SH3 3, and SH2 domain. NCK adaptor protein 1 binds with cadherin, ephrin receptor and eukaryotic initiation factor eIF2.
