Purified Mouse Anti-human PSA Antibody *A67-B/E3, monoclonal*
Prostate-specific antigen (PSA) is a protein with a molecular weight of 29 kDa, expressed in the extracellular exosome, protein-containing complex and extracellular region of cells. In humans, PSA plays an important role in organismal processes, in particular, cellular protein metabolic process, zymogen activation and proteolysis. PSA is a negative regulator of angiogenesis. It has been associated with critical functions like serine-type peptidase, serine-type endopeptidase and endopeptidase activity. Sequencing of PSA has shown it contains a primary structural unit, the peptidase S1 domain. PSA aids in systemic arterial blood pressure.
