Purified Mouse Anti-human SHIP1 Antibody
SHIP-01, monoclonal
Phosphatidylinositol 3,4,5-trisphosphate 5-phosphatase 1 (sometimes called Phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate 5-phosphatase, p150Ship, , hp51CN, Inositol polyphosphate-5-phosphatase of 145 kDa, SH2 domain-containing inositol 5'-phosphatase 1, SIP-145 or Inositol polyphosphate-5-phosphatase D) is a protein with a molecular weight of 133 kDa, found in the plasma membrane, membrane raft and cytosol of cells. In humans, Phosphatidylinositol 3,4,5-trisphosphate 5-phosphatase 1 is thought to be essential to organismal processes, in particular, apoptotic process, immunoglobulin mediated immune response and leukocyte migration. Sequencing of phosphatidylinositol 3,4,5-trisphosphate 5-phosphatase 1 has supported it contains a primary structural unit, the SH2 domain. Phosphatidylinositol 3,4,5-trisphosphate 5-phosphatase 1 has been closely linked to vital functions like inositol-polyphosphate 5-phosphatase, inositol-1,3,4,5-tetrakisphosphate 5-phosphatase and phosphatidylinositol-4,5-bisphosphate 5-phosphatase activity. It is the subject of extensive research in part because of the fact that it is a member of the T cell receptor signaling pathway and cytokine-mediated signaling pathway.
