Purified Mouse Anti-pig Acrosin Antibody *ACR-2, monoclonal, Cross Adsorbed*
Acrosin is a protein with a molecular weight of 53 kDa, expressed in the protein-containing complex, extracellular region and acrosomal matrix of cells. In humans, acrosin has been found to be involved in organismal processes, for instance, activation of adenylate cyclase activity, acrosome reaction and single fertilization. Acrosin has been closely linked to vital functions like amidase and serine-type endopeptidase activity. Acrosin recognizes zinc ion, fucose and protease. Sequencing of Acrosin has supported it contains a primary structural unit, the peptidase S1 domain.
