Product description

Rabbit Anti-Alexa Fluor 350 Antibody, iFluor® 350-Labeled is a polyclonal antibody that specifically binds to Alexa Fluor® 350-conjugated molecules and is directly labeled with iFluor® 350, a UV-excitable blue fluorophore with excitation around 350 nm and emission near 442 nm. This direct labeling enables one-step fluorescence detection, reducing assay complexity and minimizing background signal.

The antibody may cross-react with structurally similar dyes such as iFluor® 350, AMCA, and Cascade Blue®. It is ideal for signal amplification in low-abundance target detection, verifying dye conjugation efficiency, and performing multiplex fluorescence assays in microscopy, ELISA, and flow cytometry.
