Rabbit Anti-Alexa Fluor 488 Antibody, iFluor® 488-Labeled is a polyclonal antibody that specifically binds to Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated targets and is directly labeled with iFluor® 488, a green-emitting fluorophore with excitation around 490 nm. This direct labeling format allows sensitive, single-step fluorescence detection, minimizing background and improving workflow efficiency. The antibody may cross-react with structurally similar dyes such as iFluor® 488, ATTO 488, and rhodamine 110. It is ideal for signal amplification in low-abundance target detection, verifying dye conjugation efficiency, and performing multiplex fluorescence assays in various applications.
