Overview

Rabbit Anti-Alexa Fluor 488 Antibody, iFluor^® 555-Labeled is a polyclonal antibody that specifically binds to Alexa Fluor^® 488-conjugated targets and is directly labeled with iFluor^® 555, a bright, orange-red fluorophore excited at 550–560 nm. This direct labeling allows for single-step detection of Alexa Fluor 488-tagged biomolecules without requiring a secondary antibody. The antibody may cross-react with similar green fluorophores such as iFluor^® 488, ATTO 488, and rhodamine 110. Its emission in the orange-red spectrum enables spectral separation from Alexa Fluor^® 488, making it ideal for signal amplification, conjugation verification, and multiplexed fluorescence detection. Alexa Fluor^® is a registered trademark of Thermo Fisher Scientific.
