Rabbit Anti-Alexa Fluor 488 Antibody, iFluor® 647-Labeled
Product key features
Rabbit Anti-Alexa Fluor 488 Antibody, iFluor® 647-Labeled is a polyclonal antibody labeled with iFluor® 647 for direct detection of Alexa Fluor® 488 conjugates.
- Direct Detection: iFluor® 647 label enables one-step fluorescence detection of Alexa Fluor® 488 targets.
- Spectrally Distinct: Far-red emission avoids overlap with green-channel fluorophores.
- Polyclonal Design: Rabbit-derived for broad recognition of Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated molecules.
- Multipurpose Use: Ideal for signal amplification, conjugation verification, and multiplexed fluorescence detection.
Product description
Rabbit Anti-Alexa Fluor® 488 Antibody, iFluor® 647-Labeled is a polyclonal antibody that specifically binds to Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated targets and is directly labeled with iFluor® 647, a far-red fluorophore with excitation/emission maxima of ~656/670 nm. The direct labeling format allows for one-step detection of Alexa Fluor® 488-labeled molecules without the need for a secondary antibody.
The antibody may cross-react with similar green fluorophores such as iFluor® 488, ATTO 488, and rhodamine 110. Its far-red emission makes it ideal for signal amplification, conjugation verification, and multiplexed fluorescence detection.
Alexa Fluor® is a registered trademark of Thermo Fisher Scientific.
