Rabbit Anti-Alexa Fluor 488 Antibody, iFluor® 750-Labeled is a polyclonal antibody that specifically binds to Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated targets and is directly labeled with iFluor® 750, a near-infrared fluorophore with excitation/emission maxima around 749/775 nm. The direct labeling enables single-step detection of Alexa Fluor® 488-labeled molecules without the need for a secondary antibody.
The antibody may cross-react with structurally related green fluorophores such as iFluor® 488, ATTO 488, and rhodamine 110. With its long-wavelength emission, iFluor® 750 is ideal for signal amplification, conjugation verification, and multiplexed fluorescence detection making it a versatile tool for imaging and analytical workflows..
