Rabbit Anti-Alexa Fluor 555 Antibody is a polyclonal antibody designed to detect Alexa Fluor® 555-conjugated targets.

High Affinity: Binds strongly to Alexa Fluor® 555-conjugated proteins.
Cross-Reactive: May detect iFluor® 555, ATTO 550, and Cy3-labeled conjugates.

Indirect ELISA of Rabbit Anti-Alexa Fluor 555 Antibody. Microplates were coated with 100 ng/well of BSA-Alexa Fluor 555 or BSA (control). Coating, blocking, and washing steps followed standard ELISA procedures. Rabbit Anti-Alexa Fluor 555 Antibody (Cat# 46530) was serially diluted threefold from 100 ng/well and incubated for 40 minutes. After washing, HRP-labeled goat anti-rabbit IgG (Cat# 16793) (100 ng/mL in PBST; 100 µL/well) was added and incubated at room temperature for 40 minutes. Bound HRP activity was detected using ReadiUse™ TMB Substrate Solution (Cat# 11012), and absorbance was measured at 450 nm.

Rabbit Anti-Alexa Fluor 555 Antibody is a polyclonal antibody that specifically binds to Alexa Fluor® 555-conjugated biomolecules. It offers high-affinity detection of Alexa Fluor® 555-labeled proteins, nucleic acids, or other tagged targets in immunoassays and imaging workflows.
