Overview

Rabbit Anti-Alexa Fluor 555 Antibody, iFluor® 488-Labeled is a polyclonal antibody that specifically binds to Alexa Fluor® 555-conjugated targets and is directly labeled with iFluor® 488, a bright green-emitting fluorophore with excitation/emission maxima around 491/517 nm. This direct labeling format eliminates the need for a secondary antibody, enabling fast and simplified detection of Alexa Fluor® 555-labeled biomolecules.
The antibody may cross-react with structurally related dyes such as iFluor® 555, ATTO 550, and Cy3. Its green emission makes it compatible with multicolor fluorescence assays that require distinct spectral separation from red and far-red fluorophores. It is ideal for signal amplification, conjugation verification, and multiplexed fluorescence detection.
