Rabbit Anti-Alexa Fluor 555 Antibody, iFluor® 555-Labeled is a polyclonal antibody that specifically binds to Alexa Fluor® 555-conjugated targets and is directly labeled with iFluor® 555, an orange-emitting fluorophore with excitation around 555 nm. This direct labeling format enables single-step detection, improving signal sensitivity and reducing background interference.

The antibody may cross-react with structurally similar dyes such as iFluor® 555, ATTO 550, and Cy3. It is ideal for signal amplification in low-abundance target detection, verifying dye conjugation, and performing multiplex fluorescence assays.
