Rabbit Anti-Alexa Fluor 555 Antibody, iFluor® 750-Labeled

Product key features

Rabbit Anti-Alexa Fluor 555 Antibody, iFluor® 750-Labeled is a polyclonal antibody labeled with iFluor® 750 for detecting Alexa Fluor® 555 conjugates.
  • Direct Detection: iFluor® 750 label enables one-step fluorescence detection of Alexa Fluor® 555 targets.
  • Spectrally Distinct: Near-infrared emission avoids overlap with orange and red fluorophores.
  • Polyclonal Format: Rabbit-derived with broad recognition of Alexa Fluor® 555-conjugated molecules.
  • Multipurpose Use: Ideal for signal amplification, conjugation verification, and multiplexed fluorescence detection.

Product description

Rabbit Anti-Alexa Fluor 555 Antibody, iFluor® 750-Labeled is a polyclonal antibody that specifically binds to Alexa Fluor® 555-conjugated targets and is directly labeled with iFluor® 750, a near-infrared fluorophore with excitation/emission maxima of ~752/778 nm. This direct labeling enables single-step fluorescence detection without the need for secondary antibodies.

The antibody may cross-react with similar fluorophores such as iFluor® 555, ATTO 550, and Cy3. The near-infrared emission of iFluor® 750 allows for low-background detection and is ideal for signal amplification, conjugation verification, and multiplexed fluorescence detection.

Alexa Fluor® is a registered trademark of Thermo Fisher Scientific.
