Overview

Rabbit Anti-Alexa Fluor 647 Antibody, iFluor® 488-Labeled is a polyclonal antibody that specifically binds to Alexa Fluor® 647-conjugated molecules and is labeled with iFluor® 488, a green fluorescent dye with excitation/emission of ~491/516 nm. This direct labeling format allows one-step detection of Alexa Fluor® 647-labeled targets without the need for secondary antibodies. The antibody may cross-react with related fluorophores such as iFluor® 647, Cy5, ATTO 647, and DyLight® 650. Its green fluorescence is spectrally distinct from far-red targets, making it ideal for signal amplification, conjugation verification, and multiplexed fluorescence detection. Alexa Fluor® and DyLight® are registered trademarks of Thermo Fisher Scientific.
