Overview

Rabbit Anti-Alexa Fluor 647 Antibody, iFluor® 555-Labeled is a polyclonal antibody that specifically binds to Alexa Fluor® 647-conjugated molecules and is directly labeled with iFluor® 555, a bright orange-red fluorophore with excitation/emission of ~555/565 nm. This direct format enables one-step detection of Alexa Fluor® 647-labeled targets without the need for secondary antibodies. The antibody may cross-react with related fluorophores such as iFluor® 647, Cy5, ATTO 647, and DyLight® 650. The orange-red fluorescence of iFluor® 555 is spectrally distinct from far-red dyes, making it ideal for signal amplification, conjugation verification, and multiplexed fluorescence detection. Alexa Fluor® and DyLight® are registered trademarks of Thermo Fisher Scientific.
