Product description
Rabbit Anti-Alexa Fluor 647 Antibody, iFluor® 647-Labeled is a polyclonal antibody that specifically binds to Alexa Fluor® 647-conjugated molecules and is directly labeled with iFluor® 647, a far-red fluorophore with excitation around 656 nm and emission near 670 nm. This direct labeling format enables one-step fluorescence detection with high sensitivity and minimal background.
The antibody may cross-react with structurally related fluorophores such as iFluor® 647, Cy5, ATTO 647, and DyLight® 650. It is ideal for signal amplification in low-abundance target detection, verifying dye conjugation efficiency, and performing multiplex fluorescence assays in various applications.
Alexa Fluor® and DyLight® are registered trademarks of Thermo Fisher Scientific.
