Product description

Rabbit Anti-Alexa Fluor 647 Antibody, iFluor® 750-Labeled is a polyclonal antibody that specifically binds to Alexa Fluor® 647-conjugated molecules and is directly labeled with iFluor® 750, a near-infrared fluorophore with excitation/emission of ~752/778 nm. This direct labeling format allows single-step detection of Alexa Fluor® 647-labeled targets without requiring secondary antibodies.

The antibody may cross-react with structurally similar fluorophores such as iFluor® 647, Cy5, ATTO 647, and DyLight® 650. Its near-infrared emission reduces background and is ideal for signal amplification, conjugation verification, and multiplexed fluorescence detection
