Rabbit Anti-Alexa Fluor 750 Antibody, iFluor® 488-Labeled
Product key features
Rabbit Anti-Alexa Fluor 750 Antibody, iFluor® 488-Labeled is a polyclonal antibody labeled with iFluor® 488 for detecting Alexa Fluor® 750 conjugates.
- Direct Detection: iFluor® 488 enables one-step visualization of Alexa Fluor® 750 targets.
- Spectrally Distinct: Green emission avoids overlap with far-red/NIR fluorophores.
- Polyclonal Format: Rabbit-derived with broad target recognition.
- Multipurpose Use: Ideal for signal amplification, conjugation verification, and multiplexed fluorescence detection.
Product description
Rabbit Anti-Alexa Fluor 750 Antibody, iFluor® 488-Labeled is a polyclonal antibody that specifically binds to Alexa Fluor® 750-conjugated molecules and is directly labeled with iFluor® 488, a bright green-emitting fluorophore with excitation/emission maxima of ~491/516 nm. This direct labeling format enables single-step detection of Alexa Fluor® 750 targets without secondary antibodies.
The antibody may cross-react with structurally similar dyes such as iFluor® 750, ATTO 740, and DyLight® 755. Its spectral separation from Alexa Fluor® 750 makes it ideal for signal amplification, conjugation verification, and multiplexed fluorescence detection.
Alexa Fluor® and DyLight® are registered trademarks of Thermo Fisher Scientific.
